Program Schedule

The morning begins with meditation, breakfast and basic chores. Each resident then embarks on his own daily schedule, planned with the help of his counselor. Typical activities include employment, volunteer work, school, Twelve Step meetings or time with friends, depending on the individual’s treatment plan and interests.

Back at the lodge, after spending the day out in the community, the residents have a chance to exercise, visit with each other, meet with their counselors or help set up for dinner. In the evening, a 90-minute group therapy meeting is held to discuss the day’s experiences and challenges and to share trials and triumphs. The day ends with free time for study and relaxation.
