The Metro Den

Gray Wolf has acquired a spectacular property in Seattle that will serve as our Seattle metropolitan Wolf's Den. The Metro Den will offer much the same services that our current sober houses do, except that it will provide an opportunity for appropriate clients to experience ongoing support for their early recovery in an urban setting.

The house itself is a contemporary, artist-built, tri-level residence beautifully finished with very high quality materials and great attention to detail. It is located in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle right next to Seattle University and within easy transportation distance of the University of Washington.

The most significant difference from our Port Townsend Wolf's Dens is that the Metro Den will feature a live-in house manager who will be the primary point of contact for the residents there. It will be under the clinical supervision of our treatment team just as the current facilities are, and will be visited by a clinician on a regular basis.

Appropriate candidates for this program are young men, aged 18 to 30 who have satisfactorily completed a treatment program at Gray Wolf or another treatment facility and who are ready to pursue sober living in an urban setting.
