Travel and Accommodations
Transportation to and from SeaTac can be arranged by calling Kenny Spear at Gray Wolf. Kenny can be reached Monday – Friday 4 to 7 pm PST. You can also e-mail him at kenny@graywolfranch.com.
Travel and hotel can be arranged through Jean at Jean’s House of Travel in Port Townsend. Call Jean at 800-895-2688.
Camping is possible at the GWR trek center if you want to relive your trek experience. Call Craig and or Chase at the trek center to make arrangements.
We have blocked rooms at Port Townsend's Harborside Inn for reunion guests. Call 360-385-7909 for reservations and mention you are attending the Gray Wolf Reunion. You will get a discounted rate on you lodgings. To reserve hotel space at the Harborside Inn please call in before May 1st, 2008.
Gray Wolf will provide transportation to and from town to cut down on parking congestion. We will run shuttle service between local hotels as well as the park and ride behind Safeway. We will post the schedule when we get a little closer to the date. We will have limited parking along the old driveway into the ranch.
Other Information
Guests of GWR alumni are welcome. Please let us know if you plan to bring a guest when you RSVP.
Because it is hard to keep in touch with all our GWR extended family please pass your invitation on to alumni that have not received one.
Continuous sobriety is not a requirement to attend the reunion, but we do ask that you refrain from drinking or using while attending any GWR events.
