Financial Information
At Gray Wolf Ranch we strive to provide treatment to all who meet our criteria for admission and some financial planning and assistance is available to families who have difficulty meeting our fees. Each application for assistance is examined on an individual basis and once a resident has been clinically approved for participation in Gray Wolf Ranch, financial arrangements will be finalized.
Contact Hal Peifer for fees and financial arrangements.

Financial Overview
We recommend setting up a time to discuss finances, but the following overview might be helpful in answering some of your initial questions and planning.
- Prior to admission:
- A financial guarantor will sign and return the financial agreement.
- Payment of the initial invoice will be made for the first and last month’s daily residence fee.
- An Ancillary Deposit will be set up—a separate account that covers weekly allowances and miscellaneous expenses (such as transportation from the airport; classes not covered by Gray Wolf Ranch; activities other than the Trek program, e.g. sporting events and field trips; toiletry items; phone cards; cash advances; etc.).
- Once a resident is enrolled you’ll be invoiced on a monthly basis. Items that appear on your invoice could include:
- Gray Wolf Ranch clinical program
- Gray Wolf Ranch wilderness program including all gear
- Daily residence fee for room and board will always be included.
- Charges on following invoices could include:
- Psychiatrist/psychologist billings depending on how many visits that month and for how long a visit.
- Prescriptions, doctor visits, dentist visits, personal training appointments, and education expenses would be extra expense items on the invoice, if applicable.
- Expenses for optional weekend activities not included in the per diem.
These are examples only and this list does not include everything that could come up as additional expenses on your invoice. We do not bill your insurance company for you and do not deal directly with insurance companies on your behalf. If you are planning on submitting claims for expenses to your insurance, we will provide copies of related clinical billing information at your request and include it with your monthly invoices.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, personal checks and bank “Client Trust” checks. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
